All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that during peak periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Timeline

Lagos: Next business day delivery (Within 1-2 business days)

Abuja:  Within 2- 3 business days

Port Harcourt City: Within 3-5 business days

Others: 5-10 business days

 

Express Delivery: We can offer delivery on the same day within Lagos at an extra cost if the order is placed before 10 AM.

 

Please note: These timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to unforeseen delays.

3. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable local couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery across Nigeria.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—watch out for these!

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status in real time.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period:

• First, check your tracking link
• Then contact our support team with your order number.
